There are many ways to customize your MyBB.
Templates and Themes allow you to customize how your forum looks.
Plugins, Modules, and Modifications allow you to add additional functionality to your forum. Plugins are the most easiest and usually require the least editing. Modifications require you to manually edit the MyBB files.
Translations allow you to translate the MyBB interface into a different language.
