MyBB 1.4.0 is a future version and has not been released yet, and is still under development.
MyBB 1.4.0 is the next major release for the MyBB series, meaning it will include several new features and other tweaks to improve the MyBB software. At this time, there is no timeframe for when MyBB 1.4.0 is expected to be released.
